#469 Another Aspect of Wash Day! Psalm 51.7
“Wash me and I shall be whiter than snow.” Psalm 51:7b
The cleansing effect of the water of truth is intended to be deep-acting.
Psalm 51:6 “Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts
truth: 571 stability, certainty, truth, trustworthiness
and in the hidden parts thou shalt make me know wisdom.”
All that happens in Your life is crafted by Divine Wisdom to expose every part of your life to sanctifying truth. I want the stability of truth to make you trustworthy
—on the deepest level of your deepest thoughts and affections.

Renew: to be new, rebuild; steadfast: to be erect, to set up, literally to establish, fix prepare, apply; fig render sure

Make new my heart and mind; rebuild a sure and stable spirit in the center of my thoughts and desires.
Psalm 51:12 “Restore to me the joy of Thy salvation
And uphold me (to prop) with free spirit )5081: voluntary magnanimous [very generous or forgiving]

Hold me up with Your love at work in my heart—the generous loving spirit that gives voluntarily according to the need of the moment as You direct.
