Are some people never going to be resurrected from the dead?

Are some people never going to be resurrected from the dead?
I was just reading about Jesus dying to deal with sin. One quoted from some magazine or book (without giving the reference) to claim that those who commit the unforgivable sin will not be resurrected:
"In due time God will resurrect many who have been guilty of serious sins but who will no longer be accountable for their past actions. (Acts 24:15; Romans 6:23)"
But Acts simply says "there will be a resurrection of both the righteous and the wicked." While Romans say we receive physical death as our 'wage' for sin [and we're all sinners] but the gift of eternal life is only for those believing in Jesus. Now, my Bible says that everyone will be raised, either to judgment, or to life (Rev. 20:12 & 1 Cor 15). Jesus even said it would be easier for Sodom and Gomorrah on Judgment Day than for those who saw His miracles but did not believe Jesus. So the people of Sodom and Gomorrah and those people He spoke to would all have to be alive on Judgment Day for Jesus' words to mean anything! What do you see in the Bible about the resurrection?
Answer:
The scripture is there will be a resurrection of the just and the unjust.
The just or righteous as you state are consecrated Christians under the blood of Christ who have endured to the end--this is the First Resurrection.
The unjust or wicked are those who die still lying in the wicked one--that is they have never been justified by Christ and been covered by his righteousness as a covering for their sin.---this is the world of mankind. They will resurrected in the Kingdom and be under the tutelage of Jesus and his Bride who are Kings and priests in all the world.
Also under the righteous we can include the Old Testament saints--those innumerate in Hebrews 11, where is says "they (the OT saints) without us (the faithful Christian) cannot be made perfect--God having something better for us (the faithful Christian).
No as for your first question about not everyone being resurrected---that is a true statement. Generally speaking these who warrant the second death from which there is no resurrection are those who were once spirit begotten but have sinned the sin unto death. This is a sin against the holy Spirit, a killing of the New Creature that is within us---it is the New Creature that gets the new body in the resurrection, and if it is dead, there is no resurrection.
Consider these scriptures:
1Jn 5:16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it. 17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.
This is talking about a brother--that is one who is a brother in Christ.
Jud 1:11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core. 12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; 13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.
"Twice dead, plucked up by the roots;" that is second death, "reserved the blackness of darkness forever."
2Pe 2:20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. 21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
These have escaped the world--How? By coming into Christ, but now they have gone back into the world--the next verse describes the dog to the vomit--which would be bad doctrine and the sow to the mud--soiled by the world--their "latter end is worse." How can it be worse? They no longer get a resurrection. If they had never known the way of righteousness ---that is still under the world they would have gotten a resurrection.
Rev_2:11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
This is a promise to a church--that is the consecrated Christian that if we overcome we will not be destroyed by the second death. Right now it is those who are consecrated to serving God and Jesus that can be hurt of the second death if we do not fulfill our consecration vows and desire to serve the world the flesh and the devil instead.
