Do Not Delay part 2

Good Morning!
May the Lord bless the adventure of HIS DESIGN for our “random” acts of kindness.
Much love in Christ,
Joy
#183 Do Not Delay Part 2 Hebrews 10.24
Wisdom tells us that we should not delay in bringing our alabaster boxes of ointment and pouring their contents upon our dear ones of the body of Christ, the feet of Christ… R3534
One sister wrote: We have learned the importance of listening to God’s spirit whispering in our ears to “ call this one or visit that dear one” and we've seen why He told us that when He did. It’s always been a blessing and over-ruling when we listen to His whisper to us. I truly believe that we should be “instant in season” when the Lord brings one of His precious ones to mind. I appreciate your prompting to remember this and ACT upon it.
“…Let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds…” Hebrews 10:24
“Let us consider one another,” said the Apostle—consider one another’s weaknesses, consider one another’s trials, consider one another’s temptations, consider one another’s efforts to war a good warfare against the world, the flesh and the Adversary—consider one another’s troubles in the narrow way against opposition from within and without, and as we do it will bring to our hearts sympathy, a sympathy which will take pleasure in pouring out the spikenard perfume, very costly, purest and best, upon all who are fellow-members of the one body. Consider “random” acts of kindness
Let us consider: to perceive clearly, to understand fully, consider closely. As we attempt to fully understand one another in a spirit of prayer, our sympathies increase [Proverbs 14:29] and so does our willingness to be led and directed by the Lord to action on one another’s behalf. The phrase ‘random acts of kindness’ inspires a spontaneous spirit of giving which allows the Lord to direct and use our giving in ways that may never occur to us. The ideas and actions we are led to through His spirit may seem arbitrary to us, but they are well planned and timed by the God who knows the needs of His people.
Mary’s kindness was a gift to Jesus orchestrated by the Father who wanted to encourage His Son.
“Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.” Psalm 116
What a privilege to be used by God to encourage a weary saint.
What a privilege to be encouraged by God through the Brotherhood when all seems lost or impossible.
“You will know, I expect, that all those who are in Asia have turned against me, Phygelus and Hermogenes among them. But may the Lord have mercy on the household of Onesiphorus. Many times did that man put fresh heart into me, and he was not in the least ashamed of my being a prisoner in chains. Indeed, when he was in Rome he went to a great deal of trouble to find me—may the Lord grant he finds his mercy in that day!—and you well know in how many ways he helped me at Ephesus as well. 2 Timothy 1:15-16 Phillips
“Never lose your sense of urgency, in season or out of season. Prove, correct, and encourage, using the utmost patience in your teaching.” 2 Timothy 4:2 Phillips
