Is there any place in the Bible that says people such as the Native Americans, Chinese, etc., will go to hell for not hearing about Jesus?I’ve noticed that Christians like to think they didn’t go to Hell despite never hearing about Jesus because they know that would be unfair and unjust. If some Natives or Chinese people did get to go to Heaven despite not hearing about Jesus, then why was it necessary to go preach the gospel to them?
Answer:
No one goes to hell for not hearing about Jesus. They don’t go to heaven either—because they were not called.
Jesus died for everyone, not just the Christian of this age. The faithful Christian of this age are called to be Kings and priests. They have a job—they are not having a big party in heaven, reading books and sculpting (as some Christians think—I have asked and these are some of the answers I got).
So, as a King—we rule. Rule over whom?
As a priest—we reconcile to God. Reconcile whom?
We pray for a Kingdom where God’s will is done on the earth as it is done in heaven —what does that mean?
The Bible talks about a resurrection, actually more than one resurrection.
There is the first resurrection which is the heavenly—the Church, the faithful Christian.
So, who is of the other resurrection or resurrections?
Heb. 11 tells us that the Old Testament Faithful are not part of the first resurrection, but will be made perfect. (where and when?)
Daniel and Paul tell us there is a resurrection of the Just (justified—the first resurrection), and the unjust (that is everyone else)
The just are resurrection to life—-they are given the crown of life, spirit life with Jesus in heaven.
The unjust are given a resurrection to judgement—the Kingdom age, the Millennium is part of the Day of Judgment. It is not a day of sentencing, but of trial. They walk up the Highway of Holiness (Is.35). This is where the Kings and priests (the faithful Christian) comes into action. They are kings in their Kingdom with Jesus. They rule with him with a rod of iron (that is there are rules which must be obeyed), but as priests they help in reconciling mankind back into harmony with God.
Thus at the end of the Kingdom, God’s will shall be done on the earth as it is always done in heaven.
