Psalm 119:75 “I know O LORD, that thy judgments are right and that in faithfulness thou hast afflicted me.” His decision making is righteous.
I know O LORD, that Your choices and permissions and overrulings are righteous and meant to result in blessing.
It is your faithfulness and thrust-worthiness that is behind the times when we experience affliction or distress or disappointment.
We encounter His Faithfulness in every moment, and in every turn of events.
When we encounter disappointment or distress may we remember: It is the LORD! He will do what is good in His sight. 1 Sam 3.18 LEB
