Is it literally mean that Turkey is the seat of Satan?
Answer:
No. In the ancient city of Pergamus or Pergamum there is an altar to Zeus. Many believe (myself included) that is what is referred to in Revelation when it talks about the seat of Satan. While there was a literal physical thing in Turkey that is being referred to, the Book of Revelation is a book of symbols and prophecy of the entire Gospel Age.
Rev 2:13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.
Pergamus is the 3rd church referenced out of seven in the beginning of Revelation.
Seven is a symbol of divine completeness and the seven churches correspond to the parable of the Wheat and the Tares that Jesus gives. After the death of the apostles tares or apostasy crept into the wheat field (the Church) till it was very hard to tell the true from the false in Laodicea.
When we get to Pergamus we see that the tares or false group become a system and has real power. This event talked about in Revelation prophecy is the setting up of the Papacy and the Catholic church.
The altar to Zeus in Pergamus is only a symbol to show where the church was in that period of church history.
