Let us be in Awe of the Divine Dimensions of Love,
and let us live these Divine Dimensions
in our own hearts,
and in every relationship and challenge.
“For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ,
that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor,
that you through his poverty might become rich.” 2 Cor 8.9
Jesus fulfilled the Divine Dimensions of Love through his faithful life of sacrifice with the final result of unimaginable riches and blessing for others.
“I long, yes, I faint with longing to enter the courts of the LORD.
[The tabernacle/temple arrangement was the place of sacrifice.]
With my whole being, body and soul, I will shout joyfully to the living God.
Even the sparrow finds of home, and the swallow builds her nest and raises her young
at a place near your altar, O LORD of Heaven’s Armies, my King and my God! (Psalm 84:2-3 NLT)
Oh yes, may we long with our whole heart to live and dwell in HIS Dimensions of Love, in the condition of sacrifice, with the ‘homing instinct’ of the sparrow to seek the altar of Christ and then to live like him. As we live the Divine Dimensions of Love, may we be used of the Father to ‘raise our young’—to perpetuate and bless the life of others—first our Brethren and later the world!
“What joy for those who can live in your house, always singing your praises.” Psalm 84:4
Living these Dimensions of Divine love through the privilege of sacrifice brings Amazing Joy to our hearts. “Just as the Father has loved me, I have also loved you; abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love; just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.” John 15:9-11
