#690 Make Room for the Blessing! Part 1
The Pharisees had no room in their hearts to accept Jesus. “I know that you are Abraham’s offspring; yet you seek to kill me, because my word has no place (space) in you.” John 8:37
At Jesus’ birth there was no room in the inn for Mary, Joseph and Jesus, and so they stayed in a common stable. Luke 2:7
Our lives and our minds can be overcrowded with preconceived opinion, with busyness, with concern, with our own agenda. We need to MAKE ROOM for what is most important!
Was just thinking how inspiring the thought is in Isaiah 54:2
“Enlarge the place of your tent; stretch out the curtains of your dwellings,
spare not; lengthen your cords, and strengthen your pegs….”
The blessing and fruitage of the Sarah Covenant will be BIG!!!!
MAKE ROOM FOR THE BLESSING!!!
Through the spiritual seed of Abraham all our human family will be blessed!
Israel and our human family will be shocked at the greatness of His Loving Provisions…
A lesson for us also:
He is able to do exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think. Eph 3:16-21
We need to MAKE ROOM in our hearts for HIS ABUNDANT BLESSING!
We can be distracted by circumstance and concerns
so there is not enough room to take in the grandeur of His workmanship in us,
in our Brethren, and around us in nature as well as in the events of our day……
all of which are preparations for the Blessing soon to come!!!!!
