#539 Nothing Shall Offend Psalm 119:165
“Great peace have they who know thy law and nothing shall offend them.” Psalm 119:165
Just knowing WHO You are and Your principles of righteousness and Your Covenant-Love- Affection-commitment for highest blessing, gives us stability, determination and strength to go forward in confidence, open to YOUR WILL, open to YOUR ways. And so we have peace.
Nothing shall offend them
No circumstance or temptation will be an impassable obstacle.
We are able to keep our spiritual balance and go forward, facing the obstacle or snare in Your strength BECAUSE we Know Who You Really Are.
“I have set the LORD always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be moved.” Psalm 16:8
I have set the Lord always before me: “night and day; in private and public…I have regarded myself always as in the presence of God; I have endeavored always to feel that his eye was upon me.” Barnes
He is at my Right hand: He has placed Himself in this position of defense and protection; He is near to defend. I honor Him at my right hand and allow Him to work closely with me. “He stands at the right hand of the needy one, to save his life from those who would condemn him." Psalm 109:31
I shall not be moved: I shall be safe, and fear will be cast out !!!! I will not be moved from my resolve to fulfill Your will.
“Your decrees are my eternal heritage;
They are my heart’s delight.
I am resolved to follow Your laws
To the utmost forever.” Psalm 119:111-112 Tanakh
