#445 Resurrection Power At Work Ephesians 2.6
“And God raised us up with Christ
and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,
in order that in the coming ages
he might show the incomparable riches of his grace,
expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus.” Eph 2:6-7
Teach me to trust this resurrection power,
which gives me this fellowship with my risen LORD,
and which empowers me to be at rest in Your High perspective.
You can raise the disheartened spirit from ‘death’ to life!
You can breathe new life into any depth of confusion or discouragement.
Let us remember the breadth of impact in the refining fires and challenges of life.
Our present ‘resurrection blessing’ of the holy Spirit empowers us to be faithful through it all, and prepared to receive and to give unparalleled blessing, especially in the age to come!
We are empowered to do the will of God, whatever that may entail, through Christ, the one specially anointed by the holy Spirit. The same Holy power that anoints us is the same Holy power that anointed him and raised him from the dead. “I thank God continually for you and I never give up praying for you; and this is my prayer. That God, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ and the all-glorious Father, will give you spiritual wisdom and the insight to know more of him: that you may receive that inner illumination of the spirit which will make you realize how great is the hope to which he is calling you—the magnificence and splendor of the inheritance promised to Christians—and how tremendous is the power available to us who believe in God. That power is the same divine energy which was demonstrated in Christ when he raised him from the dead and gave him the place of supreme honor in heaven—a place that is infinitely superior to any conceivable command, authority, power or control, and which carries with it a name far beyond any name that could ever by used in this world or the world to come.” Ephesians 1:17-21 Phillips
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13
