#607 Trusting His Choices
In the midst of some intense experiences at work, and the events we face in the world, I observed by preoccupation with possible outcomes that I just did not want to accept. The Lord is working in my heart and mind to create surrender.
He reminded me of His amazing ability to create the Best permission and overruling.
Romans 11:36 Romans 11:33: “O the depth of the riches of both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways!” His Will comes from the treasure of the depth of his wisdom and knowledge. We will make the choice to trust His Choices!!!
TAKE REFUGE IN MY CHOICES!
TAKE REFUGE in My Timing,
TAKE REFUGE in the lack of resolution, knowing it is My Choice.
He reminded me of the burden of responsibility that I do not have to shoulder:
I am SO GRATEFUL that YOU are making the Choices, Lord.
I cannot see what is Best in the Eternal Big Picture!
How would I ever decide? I might decide its time for this experience to end; I need a break. In fact, no challenges for the next few weeks, or maybe for a few months….I might decide to take away the very Cup that gives greatest opportunity to Glorify His Name. John 12:27-28
Think of your most challenging experiences in life, and the insights and growth they have resulted in. Would we have chosen them?
We do not have the wisdom or the ability to pour our own Cup!
It is because HE pours the Cup that it is “a Cup of Blessing.”!!! 1 Corinthians 10:16
Imagine the burden of not knowing what is best and having the final say of what should be, for ourselves of for others, with eternal ramifications!!!
We don’t have to shoulder this huge responsibility!
“My soul, wait in silence for God only, for my hope [my expectation] is from Him…
Trust in Him at all times, O people;
Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us.” Psalm 62:5,8
“He who did not spare How own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how will He not also with him freely give us all things?” Romans 8:32
“And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28
“Now to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to HIM BE THE GLORY in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21
