What is your opinion of the theological terms kingdom of heaven and kingdom of God?

Think of it in terms of the UK or "United Kingdom". Within the UK you have Great Britain, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, etc. they're all different, but still within the "UK".
The kingdom of God, kingdom of heaven, millennial kingdom, Christ's Kingdom, etc are referring to different things but all within the same "UK" of Yahweh.
